Unravel Gently. Rebuild Meaningfully
Approach to Therapy
Our work might involve exploring patterns that no longer serve you, clarifying goals, or developing new ways of approaching challenges — always paced in a way that feels manageable and grounded.
By focusing on the rhythms of the nervous system and the cultivation of healthy relationships, we create a sanctuary where difficult emotions and lived experiences can be processed without rush.
Our approach integrates elements of the Cognitive model, which helps explore the influence of thoughts on emotions and behaviour; the Humanistic approach, which honours your personal agency and capacity for self-directed growth; and Psychodynamic theory, which uncovers the unconscious motivations behind certain behaviours and emotional patterns.
When appropriate, Hypnotherapy, a clinically-supported technique, can be used to further facilitate your progress.
Together, we emphasize the vital intersection of trauma recovery and emotional regulation, guiding you toward a life of presence and resilience.
Supporting You With Care and Depth
Therapy with me is a collaborative process that honours both where you’ve been and where you’d like to go.
I offer thoughtful guidance when it’s helpful, and just as much space when what’s needed is to be heard and understood.
My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship that feels intentional, respectful, and rooted in trust — so that the therapy itself can become a place of clarity, momentum, and genuine growth.
